Easy Returns
Following the teaching of our Prophet ﷺ, who said: "Whoever cancels the sale of a regretful person, Allah will forgive his slips on the Day of Resurrection," we built our returns policy on that same spirit. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return your item at any time, with no deadline — provided it is unused and in its original manufacturing condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, you'll get a full cash refund.
Return shipping is covered by Zufasaat Atelier for defective or wrong items, and by the customer for change-of-mind returns.
Care Instructions
Keep away from water and direct sunlight. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Condition every 2–3 months — leather that's cared for outlives leather that's just used.
