Zufasaat Atelier offers premium leather goods, including wallets, bags, and accessories for men and women. All items are crafted from genuine/premium leather. Natural leather has unique grain, texture, and color variation — these are inherent characteristics of the material, not defects.

2. Orders & Order Acceptance

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Order confirmation will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once payment is verified (or, for Cash on Delivery, once our team confirms).

• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• We accept Cash on Delivery.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies to that order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 3 business days of confirmation.

• Estimated delivery: Inside Dhaka 2–5 days, Outside Dhaka 5–8 days, via Pathao Courier.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
