Full Eligibility
Refund Method
A full cash refund is issued once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, provided it is unused and in its original manufacturing condition. There is no time limit on returns.
Refunds are currently issued in cash, mirroring our Cash on Delivery payment process. This method may expand as additional payment options are added to our atelier.
Processing Timeline
Exclusions
All cash refunds are processed within 7 business days following physical receipt and successful quality inspection of the item by our leather craftspeople.
Items that show signs of wear, exhibit damage outside of original manufacturing defects, or arrive missing their original atelier packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
