Every Zufasaat Atelier piece is backed by a 1-year replacement warranty. If there is any defect in the leather or color surfaces within that time, we replace it — no extra cost.
Easy Returns
Following the teaching of our Prophet ﷺ, who said: "Whoever cancels the sale of a regretful person, Allah will forgive his slips on the Day of Resurrection," we built our returns policy on that same spirit. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return your item at any time, with no deadline — provided it is unused and in its original manufacturing condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, you'll get a full cash refund.
Zufasaat Atelier covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items, and the customer covers it for change-of-mind returns.
Care Instructions
Keep away from water and direct sunlight. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Condition every 2–3 months— cared-for leather outlasts leather that's only used.
